1.Lead layered audit system implementation including but not limited to conduct audit,follow up closing audit findings

2.Establish control plan, quality inspection instructions and working instructions,train quality inspectors and operators

3.Lead incoming inspecton including but not limited to raw material, trade parts and subcontracting parts

4.Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes

5.Gauge management including but not limited to gauge selection, calibration, daily maintenance and conduct MSA

6.Prepare all kinds of Quality Reports for customers

7.Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation and continuous improvement

8.Plans and oversees the analysis, inspection, design, test, and/or integration to assure the quality of assigned product or component

9.Supplier quality management and development

10.Develops new approaches to solve problems identified during quality activities.
