职位描述
岗位目标及工作权限Job targets&decision making:
1. To ensure the supply meet the demand, keep the production run, no break off the production.
确保及时保证供应需求，保持生产正常运转，不因为断料而影响生产。
2. To achieve cost saving by price negotiation.
通过议价，对比价格来达到节省成本的目标。
3. To source more qualified vendor and meet the requirment .
开发出新的供应商，确保达到需求。
4. To comply with global policy and information.
确保与总部政策和信息协调一致。
5. Maintain purchasing sourcing documents.
维护采购文件。
6.Tracking purchasing transaction work.
采购部门日常性工作跟踪
7.Under the leadship of Purchasing and Logistics Manager, establish the information network regarding to the equipment,spare parts and raw materials supplying, develop and define the supply channels, cost, leadtime and quality controling, information collecting and feed back.Cooperate with otehr departments to ensure the implantation of production plan.
在采购物流经理的领导下，建立健全设备、备品、备件及原材料信息网络, 开发完善供应渠道, 执行公司采购计划, 控制物料成本、交货期和质量，搜集、反馈物料信息，满足各部门需求，确保生产计划的顺利实施。
主要工作职责Key Area Responsibilities:
1.Identify methods for improving the efficiency and effectiveness in quotations to improve the internal and external customer satisfaction
—采用更有效的方法,在报价上提高效率和效益,以提高内部和外部顾客满意
2. Establish suppliers database, keep good relationship with suppliers.
—建立供应商网络，与供货商建立并保持良好的合作关系
3.Dedicated for sourcing and supplier management for mechanical components, parts etc.
—开发新供应商,机械零件等等
4.Define a strategic sourcing plan,contributing to goal of purchasing cost reduction
—确定一个战略采购计划,有助于达到降低采购成本的目的
5.Try best to find out alternative source if high demand for some critical parts that is no longer available from original supplier
—尽力找到可以满足我们高要求的一些关键备件原始厂商
6.Maintain and upadate purchasing SOP document.
—维护并且更新采购部SOP文件
7.Ensure suppliers are identified, assessed and selected in line with company expectation on quality, cost, cycle time, productivity, flexibility and responsiveness
—确保鉴定、评价和选择符合公司期望的供应商；对产品质量,成本,供货周期,效率,灵活性和适应性上有保证的供应商
8.To finish the other temporary work the manager assigned in time.
—按时完成经理安排的其他临时性工作
其它要求Other requirements:
l 英语或德语流利Good Spoken and written English or Germany；
l 学历education：本科或有采购经验者bachelor or above - - or experienced stuff；
l 专业major：工商管理或有技术背景business administration with technical background；
l 性别要求sex requirements：不限not limited
l 年龄段age scope：22-35 years old
l 具有机械和电气领域工业生产设备相关的技术知识technical understanding on industrial production equipment in the field of mechanic and electric systems；
l 曾接触过信誉质量优良、国内外品牌供应商had been in touch with high quality suppliers and foreign brand and local suppliers；
l 曾有工程师经历2年以上，现对商务谈判等感兴趣的求职者Have ever worked as an engineer for above two years, and is interested in commercial cases now；
l 待遇treatment：advanced payment system and social insurances先进薪酬体制及社会保险
