职位描述(Job Descriptions)：
Postion purpose: - Assistant to sell the sweeteners to customers for support operation in Tianjin. - To do a very good communication job internally and provide superior service to external customers. - Assist to build up a database of customers for liquid sweeteners. - Ensure purchase order arrangement shipments and after sales service. - Assist to ensure faultless execution on key accounts. - Assist to work out sales report and others related market reports - Assist to monitor export shipments mainly. responsibilities: 1、Follow and monitor all orders , input orders in JDE Collaborate with logistics to arrange delivery 2、Communicate with the internal department and provide a good service to customers 3、Assist sales team to do good commercial forecast and planning 4、Collection market info and submit sales report and market report 5、Assist to record, solve complaints, ensure SQI target 6、Collaboration with Shanghai sales centre and other brother plants to service our customers 7、Accomplish other tasks by company and manager
职位要求(Job Requirements)：
1、Degree from University major in food science, marketing related, supply chain management; 2、Mininum 2 years working expierence in Sales support or sales admin preferable in foreign manufactural or food industry company 3、Very good PC-literate, especially PPT, EXCEL 4、Speaking in Mandarin and English 5、Good communication skills and experienced working with customers 6、Good commercial ethic
