Responsibility:

- Accounting and bookkeeping;

- Responsible for domestic and oversea payment timely and accurately;

- Keep security of cash, checks, vouchers and other important documents;

- Update cash flow record with GM and Financial Team Leader regularly;

- Assist the accountant to prepare the voucher and report, help on month end closing and closing report.

- Comply with finance policies, pre-audit, receive and pay through banks and cash exactly by what have been instructed and approved;

- Master the regulations and policies of foreign currency payments, handle the business with SAFE bureau;

- Responsible for all tax issue including but not limited VAT & normal invoices purchasing, issuing and mailing;

- Tax free/ tax refund declaration monthly with National Tax Bureau;

- Control the authorization of IC cards which used to print VAT and service invoice;

- Income VAT deduction;

- Other tasks assigned by Account Manager, or Accountant;

Qualification:

- Both good Chinese and English in writing and spoken;

- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities

- 2 year + experience as a casher;

- BS Finance/accounting, Accountant Certificate;

- Adhere to all financial and accounting policies, and China government regulations

- Familiar with import and export tax policies and laws

- Must have high integrity and security awareness

- Must be a creative thinker and excellent team player

- Must be a good initiator and possess good negotiation skills
