- For our Industry Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a Procurement Controller.

What are my responsibilities?

- Procurement Policy and, procurement data and report (Modias Data, SAP, C4s suppliers evaluation etc), contract management, part of suppliers sourcing related activities.

- Procurement financial and non financial target controlling and reporting(PPC, MCP, CNI etc);

- C4S suppliers management and related sourcing activities;

- Contract management and documents management;

- Procurement policy and procurement process implementation;

- SAP maintainance and procurement data follow up.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Ability to understand financial principle and its contolling method in procurement;

- Ability to analyse procurement data and give suggestion to team for actions, support management to define procurement target;

- Drive supplier management tools (C4S easy and ensure improvement actions are followed;

- Project management and commuincation skill;

- Able to check contract compliance with support from legal department

What else do I need to know?

- 3 years + of Sourcing/procurement/finance controlling role in multinational company;

experience to commuincate with people with different culture background, can drive things happen within international team environment.
