岗位职责

1. Directs, supervises and coordinates activities of medical staff and assists in making overall plans for the growth and development of the institution.

2. Works with senior management to develop long-range plans and organizational policies

3. Ensures compliance with regulations and standards of performance for quality care

4. Selects, trains/orients, and supervises medical personnel. Responsible for work assignments and daily operations.

5. Evaluates performance and recommends merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions

6. Maintain, evaluate, and improve the quality of care provided in the institution by developing pathways and clinical guidelines in a collaborative manner, and ensure application and integration of them within the institution

7. Develop a quality monitoring and quality improvement program

8. Transmit recommendations concerning clinical privileges, specified services, or corrective action with respect to physicians in the institution

9. Continuously review the credentials, privileges and performance of all physicians with clinical privileges and specified services in the institution

10. Ensure ongoing medical education for the medical staff in the institution

11. Implement any actions taken by the MAB and/or the management board within the institution

12. Ensures that patients are treated in a prompt and courteous manner by staff

13. Participates actively in patient complaint procedures to resolve operational problems

14. Attends required meetings and participates in committees as requested and regularly participates in providing medical care to patients.

15. Participates in professional development efforts to keep current on health care trends and practices.

16. Maintains strictest confidentiality regarding patient and confidential company information

17. Performs related work as required

任职条件

1. Medical Degree from an accredited institution.

2. Residency training in an accredited institution.

3. At least five years of experience in medical practice post training.

4. At least five years of experience in similar leadership capacity such as department head or Chief Medical Officer at another institution.

5. Skill in planning, organizing and supervising.

6. Skill in exercising initiative, judgment, problem solving, decision-making.

7. Skill in gathering and analyzing data.

8. Skill in researching, preparing and presenting comprehensive reports.

9. Ability to work effectively with patients, medical and administrative staff, and the public.

10. Ability to communicate effectively in wiring and verbally .

11. Dedicated to maintaining harmony and Unity within the medical staff .

12. Level headed, even-tempered and reliable.

13. Flexible and friendly .

14. Organizational policies, procedures, systems and objective.

15. Medical records, medical dictation, medical communications system.

16. Computer systems and applications.

17. Fiscal management and human resources management practices.
