global market reach with 10 manufacturing companies located in Canada, England, Germany, Italy, South Africa,
Spain, Thailand, Tianjin and Venezuela, 6 sales companies and 2 representative offices with a total of 1160
employees and global turnover of Euros 150million. Our client is the world's leading manufacturer and supplier of
rollers, motorized pulleys and components for the worldwide bulk materials handling market, they specialize in the
production of rollers/idlers, motorized pulleys, fabricated pulleys and other components for mining, processing and
transporting bulk materials such as taconite ore, phosphate rock, construction and demolition debris, granite and
limestone.



MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
Oversee Sales Management and Sales Planning to ensure all Key Performance Indices (KPIs) are met
Develop and implement sales policies and programs
Develop and implement strategic business plans, lead the sales team to achieve short and long term business targets
Direct and supervise sales activities and planning for research, budgets, pricing and distributions
Review sales records and report periodically, develop sales plans and determine profitability
Act as key member of the Management Team for the Tianjin operations
