职位概述

Follow directives from Department Chair and all anesthesiologists and responsible for all required office works, accomplish assigned tasks. Coordinate anesthesia full time and part time providers’ schedule, and make timely adjustments and notify affected parties. Communicate with related department and staff (nursing, physician, administrative) according to directives and department policies. Assist in data collection and process for internal quality control or for any assigned internal/external committees by any Department personnel.

岗位职责

1. Maintain strict confidentiality in patient information and personnel issues.

2. Coordinate anesthesia coverage schedule.

3. Prepare monthly anesthesia department meeting agenda and record and publish minutes.

4. Collect case information for peer review and periodical M&M conferences.

5. Be the information intake portal for any request from anyone regarding anesthesia services at SHU.

6. Be the information dissemination portal for the Department Chair or based on department policy.

7. Collect data for statistical analysis, and prepare for internal/external presentation.

8. Assisting Department personnel who are involved in any hospital or external committees in preparing meeting agenda and special projects.

9. Responsible for anesthesia office supply and ergonomic work environment.

任职条件

1. College degree. Medical background preferred. Secretarial degree or background a plus.

2. Effective English and Chinese communication skills.

3. Efficiency of office computer skills and well skills of use of Office Microsoft Excel and Office 4. Microsoft Word, Outlook and Powerpoint.

5. Self-start work ethics.

6. Proactive in communication.

7. Good sense of humor and strong EQ.
