职位概述
Handles accounts receivables for third party billing. Bills out claims to third party payers and patients (as requested).

岗位职责
1. Maintains and updates detailed information on billing policies and procedures
2. Submits claims on regular schedule to insurance carriers to ensure prompt processing and payment
3. Processes billing calls and questions and answers correspondence related to patient accounts
4. Coordinates with collection staff to follows up on unpaid claims and resubmit them as necessary
5. Actively seeks out, researches and resolves all billing issues
6. Identifies and corrects billing errors on patient accounts
7. Helps to process mail return statements and outgoing statements
8. Responds to and follows through on patient and insurance related inquiries regarding billing issues in a timely manner to assure customer satisfaction
9. Prioritizes work received and completes in a timely manner
10. Participates in professional development activities
11. Assists other office personnel in the performance of their duties as assigned and performs related work as required
12. Any other tasks as assigned

任职条件
1. College education preferred
2. Two years working experience in accounts management or a health care organization preferred
3. Additional education can be substituted for experience
