Job description
Work with DK quality responsibility, local technical support and production team on customer claim handling, initiate root cause investigation and take corrective/preventative action
?Work on customer quality improvement projects together with other functions, like product specialist
?Lead the CNIA Lab customer complaint case with CNIA team and monitor the related action status and feedback to Customer on time
?Lead the CNIA lab customer complaint case with UK team and monitor the related action status and feedback to Customer on time
?Defect parts lab analysis and related 8D report output from APAC area
?Lab service from manufacture quality issue and market support quality issue from CNIA
?China Lab management
?Other tasks assigned by immediate manager
Qualifications and Work Experience
?At least 2 years of working experience on customer quality management, be familiar with customer claim handling process and quality improvement. other quality experience such as process quality control and quality system will be competitive
?Bachelor degree in engineering, such as mechanical or electronics
?It is preferred to be certified as internal TS16949 auditor, good understanding on ISO9001&14001 is a basic requirement
?Well understanding and rich experience on quality tools, such as APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA,Control plan, MSA, 8D etc.
?6Sigma knowledge and GB/BB certificate will be competitive
?Customer oriented mindset and strong communication skill
?Language requirement, English above CET-4
?Good computer skill, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab etc.
?Good team player and strong quality mindset
