Job Description:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver project management, space management and ad hoc moves for Shanghai existing and new campus, act as customer relationship manager and be responsible for customer satisfaction in projects
Manage both the internal and external resources to implement the campus project delivery services, hire and train customer service personnel
Developing project management strategy and policies, manage the space allocation and chargeback, be accountable for delivering all phases of project management activities
Promote the campus Innovation program at all levels of the company and manage the implementation of the Change Management program
 
Minimum requirements:
A degree in Project Management or related and over 8 years’ experience related to all aspects of Design/Construction/Project management
Strong interpersonal skills, high sense of customer focus and integrity, strong influence skills, ability to collaborate with very diversified user groups and external vendors
