Job Description:
Provide constantly expertise for all financial aspects in accordance to project progress
Give financial expertise support on contract and legal issues
Support Head Project Controlling Campus Shanghai in team management, planning, analysis, reporting and information management
Manage the month-end closing process of all financial aspects, prepare and coordinate relevant internal cost allocation/charge out process, forecast adequate level of funding, ensures compliance of process with accounting and reporting guidelines, proactively identify potential issues
Supports Global Reporting initiatives and ensure local implementation and availability
Minimum requirements:
Degree in finance, economics or engineering (University/equivalent), experienced in construction management/engineering. Combination of finance/economic with engineering education beneficial
8-10 years of experience in project-management, cost controlling of large investment projects, engineering background desired
Strong communication/interpersonal and proficient analytical/organizational skills
Proficiency with software, including Advanced MS Excel and database management. Knowledge of SAP preferred
Strong analytical skills
Good English, oral and written
