Job Description:
? Establish local/site-specific compliance standards based on internal policies and guidelines/implementing procedures and applicable local laws and regulations including industry code
? Execute annual local training plan for CoC, BPO, AB, NIBR P3s and regularly monitor the completion of (e) –training courses
? Involve CNIBR and Novartis Institutes for Tropical Diseases (NITD) leadership to leverage integrity messages and to maintain high level of awareness
? Assess risks and work with CNIBR and NITD management and Divisional Compliance Head on identified compliance risks
? Ensure compliance on Human Tissue sample management and related research activities
Minimum requirements:
? University Degree in business or law or other relevant subject matter such as Finance or Audit
? Strong leadership and influence skills, advanced problem solving skills, solid presentation advocacy skills, project management skills
? Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
? Experience with corporate responsibility and with balancing global standards and local cultures
? Fluent English and local language
