1.HSSE　target　Goal　Zero;
2.Excellent　safety　leadership　and　implementation　in　the　day　to　day　work
3.Execution　of　the　site　work　on　schedule,　within　budget　and　according　to　specifications　
4.Managing　and　coaching　the　site　discipline　supervisors　within　owner　organization
5.Construction　input　for　contractors/subcontractors　prequalification　and　bidding　evaluation
6.Contractors　management　on　site
7.Negotiating　for　catchup　plans　for　contractor’s　underperformance
8.Forecast　the　delays　and　furnish　solutions
9.Planning　review　/optimizations
10.Organizing　regular　coordination　meetings　with　contractors　on　site
11.Recording　and　preparing　the　monthly　reports　
12.Maintain　the　construction　and　quality　records　and　documents
13.Liaison　with　the　local　authorities
14.Coordinating　with　PE　on　the　availability　of　engineering　design
15.Challenges　the　upstream　functions
16.Record　/report/manage　the　changes　if　any
17.Coordinating　the　erection　/delivery　schedule　for　owner　purchased　equipment　or　supplier　service
18.Managing　the　payment　review　before　release
19.Managing　the　clearance　and　transportation　of　imported　equipment

Job Requirements
1.Civil　Engineering　background　is　preferred,　
2.bachelor’s　degree
3.Ten　years　construction　/project　management,　chemical　/petroleum　industrial　is　a　plus
4.Experience　in　top　engineering　company　
5.Safety　1st　mindset
6.Team　player
7.Strong　negotiation　skills　and　influence　skills
8.Working　language　in　English
