Job Description:
» Manage the Finance Dept
» Prepare monthly financial reports to headquarters for management review
» Prepare P&L forecast quarterly and annual budget
» Prepare consolidations (HB2) each year end
» Financial data analyze; giving internal management suggestion; internal controlling
» Manage and control cash flow
» Responsible for both internal and external auditing
» Responsible for all taxation issues
» Responsible for monitoring of expenses in liaison with management of company
» Responsible for archiving of confirmed sales orders and invoices
» Responsible for local financial reports of government department as required
» Coordinated legal related matters
» Supporting sales & service in a constructive way
» Dealings with tax office, bank and all vendors
» Arrange payroll and social insurance affairs each month

Job Specification:
» Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or finance is required
» Min. 3 years job experience in similar position
» Deep knowledge in accounting in accordance with Chinese accounting & local tax law is required
» Food command of English, both oral & written communications
» Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
» High level of accuracy, commitment and dedication
» Analytical and detailed oriented
» Pro-active and self motivated
» Familiar with Import/Export business, knowledge of China foreign currency regulations
» Shenzhen citizenship preferable
