Mission / objectives:
. Plan, organize and control the material flow of PP/PE base resin, additives, fillers, other ingredients, packaging material and utilities ingredients for the Compounding Plant at FengXian, in order to have finished products of the right quantity, timely and economically manufactured.

Primary responsibilities:
. Prepare and establish the planned and expected production capacity usage on a annual, quarterly and monthly basis in accordance with the BU Mobility's long term plan.
. Liaise with the IBM process (Step3) to obtain the balanced production volume requirements on 40, 16 and 3 months basis.
. Generate a production plan bi-weekly based on the output of the business process and taking into account the current situation in sales and in the production plant.
. Assure short throughput times and quick inventory rotation taking in account the optimisation of production sequences to avoid non-aim product due to grade changes or production stops.
. Calculate and communicate the requirements on ingredients such as base resins, additives, fillers, master batches, ...with relevant parties like procurement, operations, logistic hub in order to fulfil the production plan.
. Responsible for the achievement of HSE&Q performance targets focusing on continuous improvements in this area.
. Responsible to implement the "Cooperation agreement " with the Logistic Hub in order to avoid interruption of material flow to the compounding plant.
. Maintain the right inventory levels per product and per ingredient taking in account sales and lead time factors.
. Prepare a daily production report
. Prepare a monthly inventory report
. Ability to interact with people at various levels throughout the organization.
. Ability to handle queries from internal/external the Company
. Work closely with the demand planning and plant operations to understand changes/needs and identify gaps.
. Update line department on relevant trends and events



Qualifications:
. Skills / competencies requirements:
- Good knowledge of material flow requirements in the Petrochemical industry
- Proven experience in relationship / network building
- Planning, prioritisation, communication (oral & written), presentation, accuracy, coaching and feedback
- Excellent communication in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Excellent IT skills, SAP and other planning systems.
- Good commercial understanding and interest in business value
. Experience / education requirements:
- University degree or equivalent in an Engineering discipline
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the field
