- Identify and anticipate any issues the customer is facing which can impact the relationship with AL;

- Report regularly on the sales and profitability of assigned accounts;

- Monitor and minimize accounts receivable;

- Take a proactive role in working with our customers, operations and management to maximize the profitability of company assets;

- Identify and generate LI business opportunities in assigned area, establish and develop contact with potential customers;

- Work closely with business units to exploit all opportunities for identifying new account growth and profitability in a market according to the strategy;

- Do effective people management of LI commercial team of Northern China, ensure to perform expected result according to annual sales plan;

- Other tasks assigned by GM.

Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Science & Engineering;
- 5 years Business Developing working experience with 3+ years at manager level in chemical, metallurgical industry;
- 8+ years sales management experience in industrial product in foreign investment enterprises;
- Project investment or contract negotiation experience is preferred;
- Good communication skills with fluent English in written and oral.
