岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历； College degree or above
2、1年以上销售订单管理相关经验，Minimum 1 year field sales order admin experience
3、具备优良的时间管理技巧，善于交际沟通，有良好的计划性和问题分析判断能力；Excellent time management skills, interpersonal, communication (oral and written), planning and problem analysis skills
4、注重细节，,有耐心，有很强的客户服务意识和高度责任感；Action/ detail oriented, patient, strong customer service and high sense of responsibility.
5、正直、勤奋，有独立思维和团队协作能力；Honesty, diligence, independent thinking and team work spirit；
6、娴熟的英文听说读写能力；Good English skills
7、精通ERP and PC; Expert in ERP system and good PC skill

工作职责：

*Customer services

Manage all order fulfillment activities for DSG Canusa’s key customers
Accept , enter, and track customer orders in IFS to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
Align customer delivery requirements with factory lead times
Create and maintain customer price lists in IFS
Send delivery note to warehouse to prepare the daily shipment.
Generate pick list, invoice for all shipments in IFS
Check account with customer after shipment and inform finance department to release VAT invoice to customer.
Expedite delivery issues with local operations team

*Inside Sales
Analyze customer requirements
Review sales orders and interface with the sales team to ensure the customer has ordered the correct materials
Work with Warehouse Coordinator to ensure the inventory levels allow for completion of the sales order
Report any issues to Sales managers to allow them to follow up with their customer
Forecast management
Other related work as required
