Responsibility:
1.Develop HFCS market in North China, identify the business opportunity in North China and reach annual sales target.
2.Satisfy customers
-Manage customer needs regarding technical service, customer service and marketing support in order to achieve the objectives.
-Utilize technical and application expertise to provide solutions to customers.
3.Understand the market and competitors
-Analyse the market and the opportunities
-Monitor activities of competitors
4.Ensure proper management of credit/market risks
-Monitor the credit limits for identified customers and the overdue receivables.
-Ensure the credit policies are properly applied.
5.Assist in establishing the proper GTM in China
- Collaborate with the other business units (CSA, CCC, ROCM and Sugar) and develop new business opportunity for Cargill.

Requirement:

-Minimum education: University degree with major in food science or business
-Speaking in Mandarin and English
-Minimum 3-5 years experience in sales work in Food, Food ingredients, Chemical industry related
-Good communication skills
-Good commercial ethics
-Good strategic thinking
-Strong execution ability to achieve challenging target
-Customer and innovation focus
-Profit oriented, cost conscious
-Self starter and self motivator
-Good PC skills
