Responsibility:
Comply with Cargill Guide principle; keep confidential for some information especially formula.
Strictly comply with Cargill Food Safety and Safety policy, assist to refinery manager to lead production shift team to complete the production task Production with high quality.
Make monthly production plan according to sales forecast.
Cooperate with engineering or maintenance to finish project of production line modification.
Finish related production KPI report every month and analysis meeting according to KPI results and make action plan for improvement
Organize weekly report with shift supervisor functions. Cooperate with and participant weekly production meeting.
Delivery goods on time and less than 2 delayed.
Perform engineering activities at respective location to address best practice gaps and execute process improvement projects
Function as a key representative to the PDG at respective location
Function as key point of contact for peers and PDG members at other locations
Maintain involvement with and understanding of breakthrough technologies
Assist and support R&D section in trials, and eventual implementation of concepts
Be location expert on technology, equipment and systems
Identify and address methods to improve equipment/system efficiency, performance, and reliability
Understand key measure and CMO requirements and ensure they are adhered to and addressed during process execution
Actively participant in the related training: food safety and safety training and etc. Apply the knowledge in the actual work.
Provide near miss reports and monitor to operators safety training according to annual safety training plan.
And assistant refinery manager to achieve other assignment.
Can work overtime if required.
Can work outside of home plant and support other location
Requirments:
4 years bachelor degree above in food technical/dairy/fine chemical
At least 3 years working experience in Food ingredients/ fine chemical/dairy industry as production process engineer or shift supervisor esp in foreign manufatury enterprise
Workshop management experiences
Be familiar with ISO 9000, HACCP, knowledge of production management
Be familiar with new food safety regulation
Be very familiar with production technical process
Be very familiar with production information system like Maximo system
Strong Leadership and Good communication skill
Ability to effectively communication (written, verbal, presentation skills) in English
Office software skill, such as excel, Power point, Excel, Word
