CAS and BP have developed great cooperation relationships and established the Clean Energy Commercialization Company (CECC) as a Sino-foreign equity Joint Venture in March 2009. The establishment of this JV is of strategic importance to both BP and the Chinese government and is an important step to help develop future clean energy infrastructure in China.

中国科学院与英国BP公司基于一贯的良好合作关系，于2009年3月共同投资组建了一家中外合资企业——上海碧科清洁能源技术有限公司（简称“上海碧科”）。组建该合资公司对中科院、BP乃至中国政府具有重大战略意义，也是中国未来能源设施发展的重要步骤。

CECC draws on the expertise of both BP and CAS to integrate clean energy-related technologies developed by CAS institutes and other organizations into competitive integrated solutions. It serves as an international platform for collaboration among research institutes and enterprises to improve indigenous Chinese innovation capabilities through global market deployment. Specifically the JV will be involved in the following activities:

上海碧科集英国BP公司和中国科学院的业务优势，将中国科学院研究所及其他机构研发的清洁能源相关技术整合为具有市场竞争力的综合解决方案。上海碧科作为研究机构和企业间相互合作的国际平台，通过全球市场的开拓以提高中国自主创新能力。上海碧科的涉及业务如下：

？ Advanced engineering design, simulation and modelling to provide technology solution and engineering packages for the deployment of technologies in new petrochem industry chain;

以先进的工程设计、模拟及建模为用户提供技术解决方案及工艺包，使新石化产业链相关技术得以应用；

？ License, and transfer technology know-how to potential clients;

专有技术的许可和转让；

？ Provide service in process design, inspection, operation, training and project management for technology development and commercialization;

为技术开发和商业化提供工艺设计、检验、操作、培训以及项目管理等服务；

？ Provide domestic and international IP management services, including act as a technology licensor/agent on behalf of technology owners.

The total investment for CECC is RMB 486m and register capital is RMB 162. CAS is holding 51% of the registered capital in the JV and BP is holding 49% of the registered capital. The CECC JV is located in Shanghai.

合资公司投资总额为人民币4.86亿，注册资本为人民币1.62亿元。其中，中科院出资51%，BP出资49%。上海碧科设立于上海。

The Commercial Analyst is working in Commercial Dep. of the JV

Job Dimensions:

Subject to the direction of the Commercial dept, the Commercial Analyst will be responsible for preparing JV full set of GL accounts, statutory reporting as well as Management Information ('MI') reporting in compliance with appropriate accounting regulations and Company's specific requirements.

根据商务部的工作方向，商务分析师将负责制作合资公司全套GL账目，法定报告以及管理信息（“MI”）报告，以符合会计法规和本公司的具体要求。

Accountabilities:

·Lead and complete the project and technology economic study

·Make the financial model of Chemical projects

·Evaluate the technology and support to negotiate the deal in technology transfer

·Make the financial analyses for particular target, and an energy or chemical product which CECC is interested

·Make budget, cost analysis, financial forecast

·Support the project financing, company money raising, and establish and maintain the business relationship with financial players

·Support to monitor and supervise the compliance process and regulation

Experience:

·Good understanding of New China Accounting Standard and finance regulations and common accounting practice

·对新会计准则，财务法规和一般会计实务有良好理解

·Good functional skills in the area of financial planning, cash management processes, investment analysis, etc.

·Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to maintain and develop good relationship with all levels of people both internal and external

Candidates with professional accounting qualifications like CPA, ACCA are preferred.
