Accenture is one of the leading global providers of Management Consultancy services to the Financial Services industries. We are seeking staff at Consultant level to join our growing practice in these industries. We are looking for General Insurance experts who have experience from process design through to insurance operations and product experience. We take clients from issues to outcomes, delivering transformation and lasting change.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with clients to define issues
- Creation of commercial proposals and value propositions
- Delivery of consultancy based work to clients
- Creation of industry thought leadership and points of view
- Management and mentoring of people
- Travel is mandatory as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in insurance industry experience, distribution experience, claims experience, insurance operations experience, product experience etc.
- Strong experience in insurance and payments industry
- Experience leading C level engagements and workshops
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English
Preferred Skills:
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Well developed leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical problem solving skills
- Experience within a top tier consulting firm;
- Demonstrated experience within the Financial Services industry
- International experience preferred
Professional soft skills:
- Sophisticated communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill.
