Job Responsibility:
1. Account Payable
1.1 Conduct 3-way-match for goods purchase, monitoring variance (quantity and price) control.
1.2 Check Staff Expense Reimbursement and NPR Payment Request, to ensure compliance with company's authorization and policy, also local invoice requirement.
1.3 Execute Payment as schedule, input into e-bank system after approval.
1.4 Reconcile GL and sub-ledger, and trace AP aging.
1.5 Provide kinds of expense analysis report.
2. Billing & VAT reconcile:
2.1 Check SO (sales order) and DN (delivery note), and print VAT invoices.
2.2 Mail VAT invoices to the customers.
2.3 Input VAT in Customs system.
2.4 Register VAT invoice (purchase, monthly declaration, Customs system input, filing), and reconcile VAT (input, output, import, transfer, etc.) monthly.
3. Filing and others:
3.1 Responsible for master date maintain (customer, vendor, GL, cost center, staff)
3.2 Filing SO, DN, vouchers.
3.3 Others

Job Requirements:
1．College above, major in Finance or Accounting.
2．1-2 working experience, with ERP system experience is preferred.
3．Self-disciplined, responsible, and good communication skills.
4．Willing to learn and develop.
