职位描述
工作职责：
1、根据公司市场战略规划制定产品年度销售策略及具体操作方案；
2、销售渠道的开发与构建，客户的选择以及审定；
3、制定合理、可行的市场拓展规划，并组织协调执行实施；
4、根据年度销售计划，完成销售所需的费用预算及进度管理；
5、销售组织和团队的建设和管理。
任职要求：
学历：本科（含）以上
年龄：30-38岁
工作经验：从事8年以上的销售工作，较强的团队管理经验，对市场具有敏锐的洞察力和分析能力，有较强的沟通协调能力；
个性品质：做事公平、公正。营销控制力，决策能力较强，敏锐的洞察力及准确的分析与判断。
