Job Responsibilities: Junior Graphic Designer
This job include but not limited to the following responsibilities：
? Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and using innovation to redefine a design brief and meet the constraints of cost and time
? Support Alltech’s East Asia Marketing teams to design and create marketing materials which adhere to Alltech corporate standards including tradeshows, events and meetings
? Making sure the Alltech branding is strong and correct in the East Asia region
? Implement and support the Asia-Pacific team with the graphic request system on Aspen.
? Working well in a team and willingness to take on some of the manager's responsibilities
? Having good and polite communication both internally and externally
? Good coordination with vendors to produce materials timely, quotation negotiations and meet deadlines
? Multi-tasking to work on more than one design brief at a time
? Producing accurate and high quality work
? Working to tight deadlines
? 70% of time will be spend to support East Asia region while another 30% will be on other sub-regional
? Providing design training when needed
