Job Description *
1. Key interface with Customer for testing issues
2. Project test management, push test team moving forward to meet internal and external customer’s expectation
3. Responsible and positively drive test department KOI
4. Work with cross departments and regional resources to fulfill customer’s requirement
5. Fully understand test procedures and test plans, configuring necessary hardware and operating environments as needed to complete assignment
6. Train and qualify technical related test system, platform and test knowledge.
7. Manage the team to improve test yield, reduce NTF and minimum test down time

Job Requirements *
1. At least 3 years testing experience.
2. VB and VC++ language background, SQL Server knowledge is preferred.
3. Self-motivated, reliable to deliver on time, a quick-thinker, be able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
4. Good communication and team work.
5. Strong English (speaking / written) communication skill, can conference call with customer in English.
6. Familiar and comfortable in using computer software or programs.
7. Priority in RF staff

职责:
1.熟练与客户沟通相关测试问题
2.领导测试团队达成内部和外部的相关要求
3.测试KOI的推动
4.与各个功能部门合作，完成和超越客户的要求
5.测试程序和测试方案的执行，完成对相关测试硬件和测试平台的配置
6.完成对技术员相关测试知识和系统以及平台的培训和认证
7.测试团队的管理，提升测试良率，降低测试误判，降低测试停机时间。
职位要求：
1．3年以上测试工作经验。
2. VB,VC++的技术背景，了解SQL Server.
3.积极主动的工作态度，对异常有快速的反应，能承受高压力的工作
4.很好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
5.精通英语读写
6.熟练的电脑技能
7.优先从事高频工作人员
