Role Synopsis
Key person to deepen relationship and materialize HQ partnership to FWS level, particularly to fight with competitors for workshop support. Area volume and GM performance owner. Local relationship owner (with Service Directors/Managers)
Key Accountabilities
Data analysis:
- Translate sales data into action plan to develop local relationship with FWS by effective use of marketing offer and adding value to customers.
Customer management:
- Understands, build relationship with, and influence customer in order to gain commitment for the activities proposed.
- Implement activities aligned to customer needs and company strategy to maintain the good relationship with existing customers, such as Service Advisors training and coach
- Holds regular meetings to agree and track KPIs with customers.
Market intelligence:
- Build up database of Database of Service Directors and Service Managers
- Monitor competitors activities and provide feedback. Represent “voice of customer” in the company in order to improve our approach.
Team work
- Best practice sharing
- Work on various OEM businesses for One B2B Team

University degree

Strong communication, presentation, selling and negotiating skills
Able to translate customer needs into customer propositions, and to sell into the customer and business in a persuasive way
Good understanding of industry trends and customer Value chain, particularly at local level, to be able to identify relevant opportunities for the customer and the business
Expert in Key Account Planning and Key account management
Good knowledge on products and services
Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
