POSITION Front Desk Administration Assistant
REPORT LINE: China Office Manager
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
l Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
l Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
l Dealing with correspondence and writing letters, taking dictation and minutes
l Organising and attending meetings, and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings
l Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post
l Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
l Management employee database
l Hospitality for guests and relevant trip arrangement
l General administrative and clerical support
Education and Experience
College graduate or above, At least 1 year experience in administration.
Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Good command of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and relevant software applications
