China QC Manager
- Reporting to China Quality Manager,
- Develop, implement and monitor an internal quality management system with QC team;
- Ensure compliance with internal and external quality management standards;
- Implement and monitor standards and establish clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply with operating staff
- Identify relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training
- Communication with China Operations Team and addressing day-to-day issues raised by the Operations Team;
- Supervision of QC Team at Tier 1 and Tier 2 facilities; ensuring their tasks are being done according to existing procedures and job descriptions, ensuring resources for their work are allocated accordingly;
- Covering duties of China Quality Manager in the time of his/her absence or when needed (in cooperation with AP Quality Manager)

- Requirements
- Food science, biotechnology, pharmaceutical/medicine or relevant University degree;
- Full experience with implementing and developing internal quality system at least 5 to 8 years, with global company working experience will be preferred;
- Experience with working alongside a production team;
- Excellent English communication skills;
- Excellent writing and document skills;
- Strong record keeping skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Motivated and eager to learn;
- Team player but also able to work independently and creatively;
- Knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP animal feed quality standards an advantage
