Job Description
Assist to the Facilities Supervisor with office work.

Responsibilities
1. To follow up, file facilities department documents sent out and received.
2. To manage and update all documents in facilities department intranet.
3. To translate and follow up facilities department contracts.
4. To prepare facilities department's meeting and redact meeting minutes.
5. To control hospital outgoing mails' expense and statistic consumption.
6. To control and statistic staff meal consumption.
7. To supervise and manage the store of hazards materiel.
8. Other regular and temporary jobs.

Requirements
1. 2years work experience
2. College or University Degree
3. Fluent English and Chinese
4. Excellent World, Excel, PowerPoint skills
5. Good communication skills
6. Good documents organization skills
7. Professional and good personality
