职位概述

Translate for the department and patients, provide English and Chinese bilingual service to internal and external customers.

岗位职责

1. Translate oral and written Chinese to English and vice versa

2. Translate Medical Imaging Report into English or Chinese

3. Prepare the bilingual documents for JCI accreditation

4. Provides information to patients in a pleasant and helpful manner in Chinese and English

5. Keep tracking all test result and cooperate with physician to sending(through e-mail/fax) or calling patient regarding test result

6. Participate in quality indicator collection and analyzing

7. Assist department chair and medical staff in quality improvement and to assure continuity of care being provided to all patients

8. Triage telephone calls and provide telephone advice

9. Cooperate with all departments as clinic requirement.

10. Other assigned duties as when necessary

任职条件

1. Bachelor degree or above, BA in Medical English or English nursing is a plus.

2. work experience in medical clinic would be preferred

3. Good computer skill

4. Good communication skills and team work
