Job Description

To set an example in providing excellent customer service, greet and assist patients who visit the hospital or who phone with inquiries. Assist junior staff on handling complaints as well as providing information service to our patients. Translate for patients and provide written translations of TJU material from English/Chinese into Korean Responsible for overseeing and executing project on developing the Korean market: seek and execute co-marketing opportunities: sponsorships, events, school fairs and business functions.

Responsibilities

1. Translate oral and written from Korean to English/Chinese

2. Provide information to patients in a pleasant and helpful manner in Korean and English

3. Provide excellent services in greeting customers.

4. Promote the hospital and its services

5. Answer phone calls related to the patient services issues or help with any other requests (lab test results, medication refill, billing issues, medical record copies, etc)

6. Maintain good working relations with all departments

7. Ensure that comments and complaints are properly logged and acted upon by trying to avoid any patient leaving the hospital dissatisfied. Solicit assistance from the Patient Services Manager when needed.

8. Flexibility take variety of shifts based on the department need

Requirements

1. College/University or above.

2. Two years working experience in hospitality, customer service, patient care or related fields.

3. Fluent Korean

4. Excellent oral English and written English

5. Good command of Chinese
