职位概述

Implementation of the Quality Improvement & Patient Safety plan under the direction of the Manager of Quality, and Safety; assist the Quality & Safety Manager in support of JCI Accreditation

岗位职责

1. Maintaining the master index of all BJU policies, procedures and forms

2. Formatting policies and procedures

3. Assisting departments in the creation and revision of existing policies/procedures

4. Ensuring no policy overlap or redundancy

5. Assisting in staff education for quality and safety

6. Code drills and facility inspections

7. Quality Monitor report preparation

8. Implementation of the quality and safety plan, including gathering managerial and clinical indicators, preparation and presentation of reports

9. Attend meetings as assigned and report on actions

10. Assists with Health bureau inspections and audits with follow up reports

任职条件

1. University graduate

2. Excellent English

3. Medical or nursing background preferred

4. Excellent computer ability, particularly the ability to manipulate documents in Microsoft Word, 5. Excel, and to create PowerPoint presentations

6. Abiltiy to work with staff from all levels of the organization

7. Ability to exercise initiative, problem solving and decision making
