1.0 Position in the organisation
Job title: Sales Executive
Function Area:Infrastructure
Geographical location: Tianjin
Superior: regional manager
Deputy:None
2.0 Job Purpose
· Exploit and establish a new market of XXX, promote the brand name and differential products into the specified market of Tianjin/Beijing/Hebei province.
· Enhance sales manpower on Infrasructure and Industry business and exploit huge EMI ;
· Develop and improve the relationship with key account customers, which are various as Owner, Design Institute, Contractor, Sub-contractor, Fabricator and Applicator, etc;
3.0 Job Responsibilities
Develop new key account customers;
Hunting and tracing Infrastructure projects;
New products promotion;
Market information collecting and analyse.
4.0 Main tasks
(Activities necessary to meet the responsibilities - use cue sentences – max. 8)
·Develop a new market of Industry field, seek and analyse the project information
·Introduce new technology and products to customer, act as a solution maker of the client;
·Keep regular visit, provide satisfied service upon customer’s request;
·Supervise and well control on collection.
·Focus on target customer and sell the right products as much as possible in most efficient way.
Complete and achieve the annual budget and target as company required.
