职位概述

Supervising the general ledger; E1 preparation, implementation and analysis; Monthly closing and tax filing; Assist in the external and SOX audit; Forecast and variance analysis

岗位职责

1. Strictly follow the monthly closing calendar to enter the accruals and adjustment journals; make the required accounts reconciliations accurately and punctually;

2. Maintain the PPE register, update the monthly PPE schedule;

3. Prepare the tax filing and other external reports including the statistics accurately and timely

4. Produce the monthly accounts schedules correctly; maintain the accruals schedule together with A/P accountant;

5. Prepare the external reports such as the statistics accurately and timely

6. Assist in the external and internal audits and the SOX reviews;

7. Ensure all the accounting and taxation documents in relation to the position in a safe status including hard copies, soft copies and appropriate data backup.

8. Projection making, Budget analysis and other internal projects or assignments

9. Financial analysis and Market analysis.

任职条件

1. Knowledge Skills and Abilities-Well understanding of ERP or SAP system and strong system analysis ability

2. Minimum Education Requirement-University graduates majoring in Accounting or related

3. Minimum Experience Requirement-Big 4 audit and taxation experience preferred

4. Certificate or Licensing Needed –Medium level accounting certificate, ACCA preferred

5. Soft skills-Good personality, keen to learn new things, dedicated career attitude and good team player；
