职位概述

HR BP helps to develop and implement better people solution based on the needs of business units. They aim to build a valuable relationship with business managers and transfer requests and solutions to/from the business unit. They have in-depth knowledge of business, key employees and business processes.

岗位职责

1. Act as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in medical staff function, deliver services in areas including but not limited to employment, performance management, compensation, employee relations, career development and management development.

2. Monitor medical staff medical license and credentialing processes.

3. Consult with department chairs providing HR guidance when appropriate

4. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.

5. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

6. Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

7. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.

8. Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation.

9. Be responsible for staff onboard, status change, internal transfer & termination processes.

10. May assist int'l employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.

11. Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning.

12. Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
