ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist marketing manager to develop & implement annual marketing plan to produce growth to RCI business;
2. Profession management of external creative agencies under marketing manager’s supervision to ensure they can deliver high quality work that meet with brand objectives, including advertising materials/POSM/Royal Display design & production and other communication materials which are related to the business;
3. Profession management of external media agencies under marketing manager’s supervision to ensure they can deliver high quality work, including ad materials and contract follow up/media price comparison/media monitoring;
4. Coordinate with digital/trade marketing/revenue/sales team for consumer promotion implementation, including promotion ad design, promotional copy, pricing/TA information confirmation with cross function team;
5. Assist marketing manager for budget and production cost control;

QUALIFICATIONS:
？ University degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Chinese Literature;
？ Minimum 3 years hands-on marketing experience; experience with a multinational company is a plus;

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
？ Basic understanding for brand strategy and 360 communication programs
？ Thorough understanding and experience of marketing tools and processes
？ Solid strategic thinking, good analytical skill and sound judgment;
？ Good in English writing and speaking;
？ Self-motivated and able to work in a team.
？ Ability to work in a fast pace and highly pressurize environment.
