Job Description:
- Responsible for sourcing, supplier audit, selection. And promote the potential supplier to AVL with global team support;
- Manage the supplier relationship, and responsible for the contract and price negotiation;
- Project-oriented, by early involvement and cross-function cooperation work with project leader and designer to launch new project smoothly ;
- Second tier supplier management;
- Responsible for supplier management, continuously monitor supplier performance and deal with the supplier transition, escalations by leading cross-function team;
- Drive cost reduction activities to meet targets, report and track them to close;

Education & Major:
- Bachelor or above

Professional Experience:
- 5+ years purchasing experience in manufactory(EMS is preferred);
- 3+ years sourcing experience in electronic commodity;

Specific expertise:
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Good ability of problem solving and teamwork;
- Business acumen & customer focus;
- Excellent English speaking & writing;
- Good knowledge of MS Office software;
