1. 通过电话向客户推介英孚在线英语课程,提供专业的咨询服务；带领所属的团队完成并超越关于客户参加课程学习的月度销售指标
2. 分析整理公司分配的客户资料，帮助客户制定个人英语学习计划
3. 及时更新和编辑公司内部的客户信息资料，积极维护客户关系，保证客户满意度
4. 关注英语培训行业，了解英语培训市场的趋势以及竞争对手的动态
Job Description:
1. Present EF Online Course to our clients via telephone, offering services of professional consultant subject to our Courses. Lead the team to meet and exceed monthly sales quota of participating our online learning.
2. Manage clients database assigned by the company, prepare online learning plan
3. Update and edit internal client data, maintain the relations between our company and clients, make sure 100% satisfaction from our clients.
4. Keep our eyes on the industry of English training, master market trend of English training industry as well as our competitors.

职位要求：
-大学本科以上学历
-三年以上跨国公司工作经验（含至少一年销售团队管理经验）
-较强的英语能力
-较强的沟通能力和领导能力，能够激发团队向共同的目标努力
-较强的适应能力，能够在压力下始终保持积极乐观的态度并寻求解决问题的最佳方案
-能够独立开展工作，可以为了既定的目标坚持不懈的努力
Requirement:
1, 3 years multinational company working experience; including at least 1 year People Management experience of sales team.
2, Fluent in English
3, Excellent leadership skills and able to motivate staffs
4, Excellent problem and complaint resolution skills and can take challenges.
5, Excellent skills in organizing and conducting training.
6, Independent, hard working, creative, customer focus, self-motivated and persistent.
