职位概述

Responsible for providing high quality non-medical patient care and continuously improving the overall care environment (incl. building, equipment, work processes and patient information). Deal with customer complaints and report to Patient Service Manager.

岗位职责

1. Review patient appointments and check alerts for VIP patients/previous complaint/financial issues and inform the various areas of the patient

2. Maintain good working relations with all departments particularly Reception/Cashier

3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of basic hospital charges, discounts, packages, facilities, special events, etc.

4. Ensure that complaints are properly logged and acted upon by trying to avoid any patient leaving the hospital dissatisfied. Solicits assistance from the Patient Services Manager when needed.

5. Assist in resolving accounting matters; disputes, missing back up etc.

6. Ensure all patient comments are logged and forwarded to the Patient Services Manager

7. Be alive to new ideas which could benefit the hospital

8. Deliver high quality service to patients

9. Ensure patient needs and reasonable requests are met

10. Seek opportunities to continually improve patient service

11. Identify VIP and regular patients and develop rapport to offer personalized service.

12. Send flowers and cards to patients when needed

13. Promote the hospital and its services

14. Assist in resolving registration problems

15. Assist in providing translation services to patients who are in need of a translator

16. Help with patient’s requests for medical record copies

任职条件

1. University – preferably hospitality degree

2. Strong service orientation

3. Good English language skill

4. Excellent communication skills

5. Be organized and good at problem solving

6. Must be good team player

7. Good knowledge of the lobby area daily operation i.e reception and cashier

8. Familiar with all hospital programs and packages. (Marketing)
