职位描述
Job Description:
1) Manage and control quotations for key/hot projects , closing sales (contract negotiation/contract sign) and products supply & delivery to meet sales / profit target;
2) Conduct sales presentation to potential key clients, focusing on main contractors and developers;
3) Time management planning
4) Update project data base filling and quotation, to approval material in project
5) Maintain good relationship with main contractor and applicators;
6) Project coordination with TC ( and TI )
7) Review project won / lost status(Timely review the projects chasing progress and conduct analyses of the factors/ key points to win or lose projects)
8) Compile monthly report ( submit to Sales Director before 26th on each month )
9) Be responsible of project hand over to distributors ( per month )
10) Review and submit projects management report ( every week )
11) Conduct gathering for applicator / main contractor(Visit applicators / main contractors periodically and keep close relationship with them to catch up with any potential project opportunities)
12) Review winning ratio and supply management ( per 3 months )(Review projects hit ratio and provide clients management reports every 3 months)
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or above in civil engineering, business management, etc;
Related Working Experiences (Years):
1) Proven history of running successful sales team and able to demonstrate management experience
2) Sound record for managing key accounts and successful projects selling background;
3) Profound knowledge for construction process in building industry;
Particular Skills:
1) Acumen business sense with clear mind; great communication skill with different levels of clients;
2) In depth understanding of architecture/structure drawings ( with CAD format ), price estimation progress, and sales contract items;
3) Presentable, be able to present nice and impressive presentations regarding Xella products and building systems in front of clients;
4) Good command of English and computer skills;
