1. Monitor local CRM performance in terms data quantity and quality.

2. Develop a timely reporting process to monitor data feeds from each Porsche Centre.

3. Develop a timely checking process for data input and management

4. Identify CRM issues of local Group and develop improvement action.

5. Collaborate with Porsche China’s CRM partner to ensure Group's CRM program and requirement well implemented at local Group.

6. Support local CRM pass Group's audit

7. Support central CRM program, in terms of Group's system exploration and program development.

8. Support central call centre management.

9. Timely collect Marketing plan, proposal, report and A&P budget.

10. Marketing material procurement / development

11. Timely check dealer website and morus updates
