Our client is one of the leading foreign trading firms, which has had a long history of continuous involvement in Hong Kong and China. Founded in 1900, it has branch in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou and Tianjin.
HR Executive - C&B
Responsibilities:
- Monthly compensation calculation and distribution, payroll report, Individual tax, etc.
- Maintain and monitor E-payroll system.
- Follow up with the commercial insurance companies to deal with the staff commercial benefits affairs.
- Timely submit various payroll reports and vouchers to Finance
- Participates in C&B policies program review and development. i.e. Salary survey Job mapping & company data input, salary survey report analyzing comparison
- Fully implement C&B policies & procedures and ensure adherence to local regulations
- Responsible for Personnel Cost budget and HR Analysis
- Special project required by Corporate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, HR or Financial background is preferred.
- At least 3 years working experience in related position
- Familiar with HRIS, the experience in HRIS upgrade will be a plus
- Good personality and good team player;
- Be familiar with local labor related regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
HR related certification
- Ability to be flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient;
- Attention to details, well-organized, patient, can work under pressure.
