Purpose:
- We are seeking an HR expert to provide HR support as the Human Resource Manager for a well-known brand.
- The HR Manager is designed to work with business leaders to assess needs for their groups, it includes but not limited to compensation, staffing, learning & development, as well as to initiate HR programs to drive better performance so as to support the business growth.
- It will be aimed to provide managers and employees with a key point of contact for employee relations, talent review, performance review process support, staffing planning and monitoring, performance management and progressive discipline support. The HR Manager will be expected to be fully knowledgeable about all HR professional areas.
- The successful incumbent will be able to speak from a company perspective on HR policies/procedures and work closely with HR team on certain initiatives/programs, which are regional and even on other global projects/initiatives.
Job Requirement
- The successful candidate must have at least 5 years experience as HR Generalist. Working experience in multinational companies is preferred.
- Able to handle both tactical HR operations responsibilities as well as strategic work with the business leaders.
- The successful candidate needs to be able to demonstrate good judgment, effective influencing skills, and strong assessment and analytical skills.
- Demonstrates ability to anticipate and identify issues, recommend solutions, and lead change/improvement initiatives is another important facet of the role.
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office tools, and ERP system to deliver defined outputs are required.
- Must be proficient on both English and Chinese.
- Able to work with ambiguity in a continuously changing/matrix environment.
