Routing job:

- Payroll payable, including monthly payroll, accrual of bonus & incentive, accrual of annual leave, and adjustment between accrual and actual bonus & incentive payment

- Review and post journal entries, including all manual created journal entries.

- Error correction for Portolan

- Trouble shoots for interface among BPCS, GL, Portolan etc

Month End Close:

- Monthly Portolan closing

- Monthly GL closing, including currency revaluation and CTA for US GAAP

- Non-refundable VAT monitor and analysis

- Identify deferred revenue with Logistic

Analysis:

- Analyse production cost - variance (355 report)

- Monthly mfg profit analysis & review & forecast with BU, planner, production, procurement

- Monthly review of expenses with cost center owners

- Quarterly SMOG review and respective follow up

- ICP reserve (PII) adjustment

- Transferring pricing analysis

- Annual stock count and analysis

- Product cost analysis, such as calculation of actual cost of product per request by BU

Reconciliation:

- 383/360/361/369 report reconciliation and follow up

- Sales/payroll reconciliation and follow up

Reporting:

- Prepare D2 & variance report

- Prepare monthly PRC GAAP reports

Budget:

- Annual period cost budget & standard cost running

- Annual standard cost transmission, including inventory revaluation and shipment cost adj

Audit & SOX Compliance:

- Costing / Sales / PRC statutory report

- Ad hoc job, such as maintenance of AR and DSO report, etc

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent

? At least 5 years accounting and finance experience, preferable in multi-national companies and be familiar with US GAAP

- Experience in computerized accounting systems and strong computer skills

PERSONAL QUALITIES:

? Good communication (in English and Mandarin) and organizational skills

- Self-starter, highly motivated, proactive, assertive and ability to work under high pressure with minimum level of supervision

? Strong capability of problem solving
