职位描述

Responsibilities:

The HRM needs to guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies and programs for the North& East China. And the one needs to develop and implement strategic HR planning and operations to streamline policies, procedures and programs to ensure healthy growth of the company.

The major areas directed are:

- Provide managerial recommendation in relations to C&B functions, training functions, recruitment so as to help achieve organizational target.

- Formulate the appropriate human resources strategy and provide leadership and direction to the HR function of the Group in line with the business’s goals and needs

- Guide and consult with the management on key organizational capability issues such as management and top executive development, cultural change, talent management, in addition to promoting HR best practices across the business

- Work closely with the business unit heads to refine their HR processes and practices and implement effective staff retention, recruitment and development strategies, acting as their business partner and internal HR advisor

- Explore and adopt effective recruitment channels, ensures that qualified employees are hired and effectively integrated by working closely with hiring managers

- Be responsible for rollout and implementation of Corporate and Regional HR policies, initiatives and programs

- Oversee all human resources functions and activities and provide leadership on recruiting and staff initiatives to ensure overall headcount and staff skills meet company requirements

- Keep abreast of local labor market condition and labor law updates or change in China

- Review and revise the Human Resources management policies and procedures such as remuneration strategies, manpower capacity planning and labor relations strategies to attract, retain and motivate staff

Requirements:

- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines

- Minimum 10 years hands-on HR experience, of which 5 years in a managerial position

- Experience in related industries (ie., Marketing/Business Intelligence, IT Consulting etc) preferred

- Knowledgeable PRC employment ordinance and employment related legislation

- Excellent communication skill, strong in execution and project management

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

- Detail-minded, aggressive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
