Job functions:
- Support business growth of Dairy China by owning packaging related material budget, strategy and sourcing activities, and by fulfill request of indirect sourcing for Shanghai

Responsibilities:
- Develop PACK material sourcing strategy
- Own PACK budget
- Responsible for PACK sourcing and contracting activities
- Supplier management, ensure on time/quality/cost/quantity delivery
- Initiate/lead PACK productivity (CIP) projects
- Responsible for indirect sourcing in Shanghai, including Premium, POSM, Services, etc.
- Benchmark with WWBU and work closely with regional team to keep up with company’s standard and best practice

Requirements:
- Education: University Degree or above, with major in chemical, material, physics are preferred.
- Professional Experience: 8+ yrs of sourcing experience - packaging sourcing experience is a must; FMCG experience is a must; cross functional working experience is a must
- Management Experience: Project Management is a must
- Skills: market/cost/value chain analysis; negotiation skill; MS-Office, MS-Prject
- Language: Fluent English both in Oral and written
- Personal Quality: Business ethic, Open, Adaptability, Enthusiasm, Aggressive, be able to work independently
- Travel: 15% - 20%
