Now, it is rapidly expanding in China, opening a number of branch offices across the country. It is seeking high caliber candidates to fill the following position.


General Purpose
- To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet global organizational objectives
- With a requirement for Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization in China
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities across China
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
- Determine and manage the marketing budget
- deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
- Liaison with media and advertising
- To develop sales analysis tools and manage the CRM database or equivalent sales tools and develop its potential in sales management and marketing within China
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
- 10 years marketing experience in engineering based Industries with a track record of developing and maintaining marketing strategies.
- Technical marketing skills in engineering industries
- Proven experience in customer and market research
- Relevant product and industry knowledge
- Experience with relevant software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- Good organization and planning, problem analysis and problem solving
