- 大专或以上学历，英语熟练

- 协助顾问做人力市场动态分析，挖掘业务信息

- 按照公司标准流程，协助顾问分析客户的招聘需求，有效的找寻合适候选人，并通过甄选和面试将客户的职位与候选人相匹配

- 协助顾问和候选人进行面试安排和跟踪服务，及时解决面试过程中遇到的问题

- 候选人入职前/中/后的跟踪服务，为候选人提供职业发展的意见和指导。

任职资格:

- 大专或以上学历，英语熟练

- 良好的沟通技巧和客户服务技巧；

- 具备高度的工作热情、良好的学习能力和主观能动性。

- 成熟稳重，能够承受较大的工作压力，具有高度的责任感
