Minimum Qualifications:

1) MBA with a concentration in marketing, business management,international business, entrepreneurship or similar subjects
2)Undergraduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering or similar preferred) with MBA
3) A minimum of 3 years of professional work experience
4) Geographic mobility and willingness to accept international assignments
5) Highly developed analytical
6)Ability to work abroad

Accountabilities:

1) Assist in the preparation and coordination of the divisional strategic 2)Prepare and maintain competitor and potential acquisition target profiles
4)Prepare project research and business development materials for senior management
5) Assist and lead division-specific research projects
6)Prepare/edit sophisticated corporate presentations for internal and external audiences
7) Assist in the preparation and maintenance of corporate programs
8)Assist with the provision of corporate development services including valuations, corporate analysis and due diligence
